You are: Able to read and understand #Business Process description, #analyze requirements, and find solutions; Familiar with process automation and robotic process automation concepts; Familiarity with BluePrism; Skilled in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel; Confident in English on at least Intermediate level (both written and verbal). With you we will: Review any #support tickets or requests that come in from the RPA development team or end-users; Analyze and troubleshoot reported issues, which may involve investigating code, reviewing logs, or replicating scenarios; Test the implemented solutions to ensure they address the reported problems and do not introduce current issues; Update the technical support documentation with newly discovered issues, their corresponding solutions, and any additional information that could aid in future troubleshooting.
