Working as a full-time #Accounts Payable #Support, you will process vendor invoices for inventory purchases made by our branches, the national purchasing group, our international purchasing group, and #manufacturing centers. We use a three-way matching system, and you will be responsible for resolving matching issues and responding to our vendors in a timely manner, as well as working directly with our purchasing groups. __ Maintaining a specific group of vendor relationships and their invoices. __ Monitoring exception errors related to vendor invoices. Scanning for verification of electronic invoices. __ Processing vendor credits Reviewing and updating vendor statements of account.
