End-to-End Demand Planning #Performance & Analytics •    Lead and manage a team of demand planners to ensure accurate demand #forecasting and #ownership of the signed-off demand plan for all market categories. •    Analyze monthly demand #performance metrics and collaborate with #stakeholders to implement improvement plans and develop demand scenarios. •    Drive #category-specific demand planning strategies using digital tools and best practices to enhance operational efficiency. •    Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for demand planning, ensuring continuous improvement in forecast accuracy and plan quality. •    Collaborate with Marketing and Sales, to incorporate promotions and new product launches into the demand plan.   Collaboration & Cross-Functional Integration •    Support partnerships with stakeholders to optimize Monthly business plans (MBP), Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and S&OE processes within the market. •    Manage relationships and facilitate effective communication between Integrated Planning functions and internal business partners. •    Influence cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and accountability in demand planning. •    Actively participate in Integrated Commercial Planning (ICP), Monthly Business Planning (MBP), and Dynamic Forecast (DF) processes to enhance competitive planning solutions.
