The #National Account #Manager is responsible for #managing and growing key national accounts. This role involves developing strategic plans to meet sales targets, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The National Account Manager serves as the primary contact for assigned accounts, focusing on driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability.   A day in the life of an Account Manager •    Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities. •    Analyze market insights using tools like New Product Development (NPD) and Nielsen. •    Communicate findings to develop strategies and drive sales. •    Conduct business reviews with clients to assess performance and growth opportunities.   On & Offline Trade Strategy: •    Implement online acquisition strategies for partners. •    Drive eBusiness strategy and coordinate eContent implementation. •    Manage relationships with national accounts and machine partners to tailor solutions.   Execution Excellence: •    Develop and execute strategic account plans in collaboration with internal teams. •    Coordinate promotional activities and ensure cross-functional communication. •    Manage forecasts and stock levels, ensuring logistics operations are aligned.   Shopper Experience: •   # Establish visibility strategies and ensure Nespresso presence in stores. •    Monitor competitive activities and implement category management initiatives.   Sales Growth and Profitability: •    Focus on sell-in/sell-out performance and trade (Customer Relationship manager) CRM. •    Negotiate commercial agreements to enhance long-term profitability.   Compliance: •    Adhere to company policies and regulations, including Nestlé trade policies.   What will make you successful?  •    Bilingualism in English and French language skills are a requirement, as this position requires collaboration with stakeholders across the Canadian market •    4+ years #experience in sales and account management or business development managing banners/accounts within the consumer-packaged goods market •    A valid full driver's license and a clean driving record are required, along with a willingness to frequently travel within the assigned territory •    Post #secondary education in Business, any related field or equivalent experience •    #Effective communication, negotiation and strong leadership skills are required to express analytics and deliver presentations to various levels within the organization and externally to customers. •    #Proficient with #MS Word, #Excel, and #PowerPoint •    #Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with excellent time and project management while paying attention to detail. •    Motivation as a self-starter with the ability to think “out of the box” in an effort to secure incremental business opportunities.
