Responsible for oversight of direct reports including hiring, training, personal development regarding P4G, reviews, performance #management, career discussions, engagement, and discipline. __ Lead, coach, and demonstrate behaviors consistent with IDT and #Danaher Core Behaviors. __ Act as a liaison for #communication between associates and other value streams, including external/customer interface as needed. __ Ensure successful planning of all resources on shift including approval and tracking of time off requests and timecards to ensure a successful planning of labor resources as well as working with scheduler to establish daily #priorities.
