Bar Manager is responsible for overseeing the beverage #operation and bar #team to ensure optimal staff/guest experience, budget is achieved and #inventory is managed. __ As, the Bar Manager you will promote and grow the bar, hire and train bar staff, and ensure that members guests receive top quality drinks and #service. __ A Bar #Manager, will also manage inventory and #resources, order stock, plan promotional events, ensure that #quality and safety controls are followed, maintain current licenses, create schedules, ensure margin/COS are achieved and set #business objectives to increase profits and maximize member / guest satisfaction. __ Responsible for maintaining and delivering consistent results and opportunities to increase #sales. Observant and can think critically and efficiently. You should be a skilled communicator with excellent problem solving, observation, and interpersonal skills, and have a passion for all thing’s beverage! __ Manage a safe, productive and positive work environment by overseeing an efficient bar operation and process is followed to ensure optimal staff / guest experience and revenue generation. __ #Organize regular team meetings, trainings (House Tonic), educational opportunities to develop and strengthen #product knowledge and steps of service while keeping communication open, concise, constructive and timely. __ Partner with #Procurement, Partnerships and Bars Manager (regionally / nationally) to leverage #vendor relationships and enhance margins to maximize profits. __ Manage, and delegate when necessary, all inventory management, staff scheduling, and purchasing. Adhere to all #legal requirements (I.e. Wage and Hour/Breaks, Health and Safety, etc.) as well as schedule staff, manage labor, payroll, staff complaints and disciplinary procedures as well as performance and appraisals. __ Quality control and consistency is maintained throughout menu creation, updates and seasonally influenced items are up to date, correct and staff is trained on discussing new / existing options with guests __ Responsible for Mystery Shopper __ Reports and staff development. __ Participate as an active member of the management team in decision making processes, attending required meetings, etc. __ Oversee daily/shift schedules; make any necessary changes per #business need and budget. __ Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager. __ Manager and oversee all Beverage purchases for all bars within the site.
