You will lead innovation and development activities for the drive inverter, a critical component that impacts performance, efficiency cost and reliability of future vehicles. __ Collaborating with cross functional talented team you will be pushing the vehicular power density to its physical limits. Your work will have a direct impact on the future of sustainable energy, and we're looking for a motivated and skilled #engineer to lead the way. __ Develop, characterize and validate high voltage power semiconductors for traction inverter applications. __ Measure, analyze data including switching waveforms, losses and thermal performance. __ Collaborate with #mechanical, thermal, PCBA, reliability, #manufacturing and firmware engineering teams to optimize inverter switching, loss, reliability and thermal behavior.  __ Design, implement, and validate solutions for EMC, reliability, and manufacturing. __ Solve electronics packaging issues including thermal #management, #electrical isolation, interconnection design, shock and vibration, electromagnetic interference (EMI), etc.
