Act as an extension of the #management #team and maintain the following #programs: homemade syrups, natural juices, batches, barrel-aged cocktails, custom coffee, hot drinks, and any specialty cocktails. __ Ensure the #bar is clean, including the lower part of the bar, sinks, speed rails, #storage areas, floors and drains below the wells, rear bottles of the bar, glass shelves, all metal surfaces of the low containers and the espresso #machine. __ #Maintain a safe and clean workstation, and keep the Side Worksheets updated while communicating any #inventory and purchase orders necessary to #operate the bar efficiently and effectively. __ To represent the spirit and standards of Soho House and the philosophy of the House Tonic program, influencing #sales to generate #revenue. __ Complete, delegate, and support management, performing any opening and closing tasks for the bar and ensuring the bar is set up in accordance with the standards of the Department of #Health and Soho House. __ #Assist in and participate in the development of seasonal menu implementations for the beverage program, including tasting new products with suppliers. __ Support and participate in educational opportunities regarding products and skills, and in the development of the beverage training program for all employees. __ Well-versed and knowledgeable about all menu items (food and beverage), combination opportunities, and upsells to provide the best experience for guests/members. __ Following service standards, mixing ingredients to create a Soho cocktail, and processing payments via MIROS (or similar POS). __ Check #customer identification to ensure they meet the age requirements for purchasing alcohol and tobacco products, as well as to determine when a customer has consumed too much alcohol. __ Performs other duties assigned by the supervisor/#manager.
