As an #Analysis #Engineer, you will play a critical role in the development and #manufacturing of next-generation #Tesla Energy products. You will analyze and optimize revolutionary #products never before executed. __ You will excel both #technically as an individual and as an active member in a diverse and challenging cross-functional team environment. You will work with Industrial Enclosure & Battery Engineering teams to analyze the performance of current and future designs, and you will work with Test Engineering teams to develop tests, correlate simulation models, and improve the predictive capability of Analysis Engineering at Tesla. __ Build state-of-the-art finite element (FE) models for analysis and optimization of revolutionary battery energy storage systems in collaboration with a small team of multidisciplinary engineers Challenge established traditional CAE methods and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy Use CAE tools to optimize performance for enclosures, closures, joints, and other subsystems; correlate CAE simulations to test results
