Upkeep of #bar and support of the bar staff to ensure all guests receive a positive and memorable experience __ #Assist bartenders and #management #team in maintaining the bars presentation and approachability for guests __ Stock bar(s) with alcoholic beverages including spirts, liquor, wine, beer, garnishes, and drink mixes __ Stock bar(s) with non-alcoholic beverages including soda, juices, and carbon dioxide at bars __ Stock liquor room with all supplies including liquor, beer, wine, dry goods, soda, etc __ #Maintain cleanliness of liquor rooms, beer coolers, and bars including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, etc __ Ensure all member, guest and private events/functions are set up for anticipated volume and forecasted #business levels; including stocking alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and paper #products __ Replenish paper goods (i.e., cups, napkins, etc.) at bars __ Help with #inventory and advise on areas that require replenishment through purchase #orders __ Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor/#manager __ Support bartenders by restocking liquor, mixers, garnishes, ice, and glassware throughout service. __ Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping counters, cleaning spills, and organizing supplies. __ Prepare ingredients such as garnishes, juices, and bar #tools before shifts. __ Collect and wash glassware; ensure clean glasses are always available. __ Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries of beverages and bar supplies. __ Ensure kegs are changed and bar #equipment is functioning properly. __ Provide quick support during busy service to keep bar #operations running smoothly. __ Follow #health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times. __ Work closely with bartenders and floor staff to deliver efficient guest service.
