The #Public Areas Cleaning #Operator will play an essential role in the #maintenance and cleaning of the property's common areas, such as restrooms, restaurants, lobby, entrances, office areas, and pool. __ This position will significantly contribute to the impeccable presentation of our establishment and the well-being of our guests and visitors. __ General Cleaning: Ensure the cleanliness and order of common areas, including bathrooms, rest areas and #public areas. __ Surface Maintenance: Clean and disinfect mirrors, furniture, floors, handrails and other surfaces as needed. __ Attention to Detail: Pay attention to the details to ensure that areas are free of marks and have a flawless appearance. __ Service Areas: Keep #service elevator landings, stairwells, and supply #storage rooms clean. __ Bathroom Cleaning: Perform the cleaning and disinfection of public bathrooms, including toilets, sinks and mirrors. __ Floor Maintenance: Sweeping, mopping and maintaining the floors of public areas in optimal condition. __ Teamwork: Working in collaboration with the cleaning #team to ensure all areas are kept in excellent condition. __ Outdoor Area #Maintenance: Keep the entrances and outdoor areas of the establishment clean. __ Defect Report: Inform the supervisor about any maintenance needs or defects in public areas. __ Visitor Assistance: Provide #assistance and answer visitor questions as needed.
