This role is focused on designing, deployment, and management of agentic #AI systems to enhance the #software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating solutions to manage and optimize the performance of autonomous AI software engineering agents, while also providing technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to other engineers on the team. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative environment to ensure that the tools and services developed are seamlessly integrated into the existing development workflows, ultimately driving improvements in productivity across the organization. We look for creative collaborators who evolve, adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced global environment __ SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR Minimum 10 years of industry experience as a programming, software engineering, or similar job roles. General knowledge of multiple languages, and in-depth strong programming skills of at least one of: Golang, Python, Java, C++. Strong software engineering fundamentals Familiarity with continuous integration, deployment pipelines, monitoring solutions Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, driving consensus, and influencing outcomes, strong problem solving and analytical skills Strong oral and written communication skills __ WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU Work with advanced #AI technologies to enhance coding efficiency, productivity and developer experience.
