To be the first point of #contact for partners, guests and #staff, ensuring a warm welcome and first-class #service from their arrival at Soho House & Co. __ Respond to emails and inquiries through the #digital portals used by our partners and guests. __ Know and stay updated on operating hours, reservation #policies, or any operational changes, in coordination with other departments. __ Perform concierge duties, including but not limited to: booking transportation, tickets for shows, reservations at restaurants or spas, among others. __ Provide administrative support such as printing or scanning documents for staying guests. __ Speak confidently about Soho House's amenities, room types and descriptions, rates and availability, and suggest upgrades that enhance the experience and contribute to #revenue. __ Working as a #team and collaborating with other departments. __ Assist with luggage #storage when necessary. __ Have good telephone skills and participate in daily team briefings Perform shift closing and attend to administrative or accounting matters (sending invoices, key control, administrative log, dispute resolution, collections, receipts, reimbursement requests). __ #Manage non-payment checkouts and safeguard lost credit cards in a safe deposit box. __ This is not a traditional #hotel receptionist position; it is more geared towards being a Host, a property #manager.
