Manages and performs all activities associated with formation, tendering, award and #administration of moderately complex contract packages for the  #project. Performs tasks as assigned, including bidder prequalification, bidder lists preparation, bid solicitation, bid #analysis, negotiation and execution of contracts, administration and close-out with accountability for work #product to project milestones, quality and safety standards. __ Develops and issues contracts and services agreements as assigned by performing the following: Forms Request for Tender (RFT) packages. __ Issues bid request packages to approved bidders, prepares Evaluation Criteria for approval by Project Team. __ Arranges Tenderer’ questions and answers to those questions (RFI’s) and arrange responses to Tenderers. __ Receives Tenders and manages the commercial evaluations. __ Prepares #Commercial Bid Summary and Overall Recommendation to Award subject Contract. __ Prepares contract documents. Prepares and maintains control and status reporting documents.
