In this newly-created role, the #Clinical #Pharmacy #Supervisor will join the pharmacy leadership team to provide general leadership and support in the development and management of clinical pharmacy services to patients through the hospital. __ This will also include assisting with selection and onboarding of new #pharmacists, residents, and interns; annual competency and evaluation processes; and general direction of pharmacy staff for the accomplishment of department goals. __ Working under the direction of the pharmacy managers, the Clinical Pharmacy Supervisor will assist in the provision of effective, appropriate, and safe pharmacy distribution services as well as excellent customer service, and help manage accreditation and certification requirements, and interdepartmental relations for the provision of pharmacy services.
