Joining the #Nestlé Boué factory is an opportunity to become part of a performance-oriented factory with 400 employees (more than €100M invested in the last 3 years) with new state-of-the-art equipment. As a #Supply Chain Engineer, you will be responsible for: Initiate, coordinate and sustain continuous improvement projects in Supply Chain, in conjunction with multidisciplinary teams. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, hygiene and environmental rules, and promote continuous improvement tools. Analyze logistics processes, propose optimization actions (flows, stocks, waste) and monitor their implementation. Deploy Lean methods, support change and ensure monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs). Train, coach and lead teams on logistics standards, continuous improvement #tools and best practices. To perform certain operational activities such as Super User MH, inventory planning and support to the Supply Manager. Managing Supply Chain projects.
