Define and manage the end-to-end solution architecture for Power Platform implementations. Design and govern Power Platform infrastructure, including environment setup and licensing. Establish and enhance governance policies and best practices for Power Platform usage. Create and validate technical documentation, solution blueprints, and guides. Lead and mentor development teams on Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio. Review and validate functional and technical designs, ensuring alignment with best practices. Troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing architectural fixes and performance tuning. Drive roadmap planning for the Power Platform, coordinating with Microsoft’s product updates. __ Your skills and experience Must-Have: 12+ years of experience in enterprise IT solution design and development, including at least 4+ years in Power Platform/low-code architecture roles Deep expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages Strong hands-on experience in #architecture of #scalable #solutions with a focus on performance and security Extensive experience with PowerShell, C#, or other programming languages for solution development Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, including the ability to present to senior management Nice-To-Have: Experience with Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 agents Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps Familiarity with other Microsoft 365 applications like MS Teams and SharePoint Experience in deploying large-scale technical solutions Passion for user experience, AI, and collaboration tools
