The Agile Lead for Delphix Data Virtualization Pod is responsible for leading and coordinating Agile Delivery activities that support HSBC’s Delphix platform, ensuring efficient, secure, and compliant provisioning of data environments. This role coordinates across technology, compliance, and application teams to manage delivery, maintain estate health, and uphold internal controls such as ICE compliance and Change Management. __ What you’ll do Lead the Delphix pod’s Agile delivery, managing initiatives (OKR’s), epics, and stories in JIRA to ensure #visibility, #alignment, and #timely execution. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog reviews and demos. Coordinate cross-functional teams (infrastructure, storage, applications, compliances) to remove blockers and ensure consistent delivery. __ Maintain Delphix estate compliance, addressing vulnerabilities, cyclic patching and aligning with ICE controls and data governance standards. Track delivery metrics, manage dependencies and product page, and drive continuous improvement.
