#Manage #quality assurance processes across all development, renovation, and #maintenance projects within assigned coverage areas. __ Implement quality control measures to ensure all #construction work aligns with approved #designs, regulatory codes, and brand standards. __ Develop and maintain project-specific quality checklists, procedures, and documentation for all phases of construction and facility upgrades. __ Conduct regular site inspections and quality #audits during and after construction to identify deviations from quality standards and recommend corrective actions. __ Provides quarterly quality assurance training for Area General Services #Managers and Lagos General Services Managers. Liaise with the Team Lead Design to ensure clarity and alignment on approved design intent. And collaborate with Head Real Estate Services to approve all materials to be used on a project.
