Lead pre-sale activities for the Iraq region, #identifying business opportunities and #driving proactive business development. Drives strategic #decisions in the technical area that affect the performance of the #MEA IP Service Provider team. ---—---------- Develop and lead complex technical offers and solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and maximizing win probability across RFI/RFP/tendering phases. Lead technical pre-sale engagement with customers to understand their business requirements, providing senior expert consultancy on aligning Nokia’s solutions with their strategic goals. Lead tendering processes and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship building. Analyze critical internal and external business issues, crafting novel solutions to customer requirements requiring sophisticated analysis and complex judgement to deliver novel solutions with competitive advantages. Act as subject matter expert in MEA IP Service Provider team, influencing decisions within and outside the team and contributing to team expertise growth, product strategy and development, team pre-sale strategy and business growth. Foster and culture of continuous improvement within the team, embracing change, seeking personal and driving team development opportunities through new processes and mentoring.
