#HealthPartners is hiring a #Director of #Design and #Construction. The Director of Design and Construction provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the execution of design and construction activities for all facility capital projects funded through threshold, non-threshold and philanthropy capital for HealthPartners including all hospitals, off-site clinics, ambulatory facilities and #administrative facilities. __ This role is responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from minor renovations to complex developments exceeding $500 million. The Director ensures that all projects align with organizational priorities, system design standards, regulatory standards, and budgetary constraints while upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. __ This role will also participate in Strategic and Capital Planning activities to drive the development of 5-yr roadmap prioritization and activation of projects and will maintain monthly executive project summaries and cash flows to capital forecast for all projects. __ The Director will collaborate on a regular basis with the Director of #Engineering & Planning, the Director of Real Estate Services, and the Plant #Operations Directors across the system. __ This position serves as a critical link between strategic planning and day-to-day project execution, fostering collaboration among architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders. The Director leads a team of project managers and facility professionals, driving process improvements, cost control, and adherence to institutional guidelines.
