Within discipline develops #designs for complete and complex #engineering systems, structures and plant arrangements under #supervision. Plans and executes the presentation of these in detailed scale models. __ Generates 2-D Computer Aided Design (CAD) plant layouts and drawings using Microstation / Auto CAD / Smart Sketch from detailed design 3-D CAD model with minimal guidance from others. Knowledge of Revit shall be added advantage. Proficient in S3D modelling – Equipment modelling, Raceway, Grounding and lighting. __ Works independently in the preparation of 3-D #CAD design model under the supervision of experienced designers. Assists in constructing detailed models and participates in client model reviews. __ Prepares design calculations as applicable, to be used in the discipline. __ Prepares bulk material quantity takeoffs and #material requisitions for materials applicable to the discipline.
