We are seeking a skilled and dedicated #Makeup #Artist / #Hairdresser to join our team at #ARRISE. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that #game presenters, and shufflers look their best by performing high-quality #hairdressing and makeup services. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining company guidelines standards will help ensure a polished and professional image on camera. __ Responsibilities: Makeup and Hairdressing: Perform makeup and hairdressing activities according to company standards, including tattoo coverage, to ensure your readiness and flawless appearance in front of the camera. Retouching and Maintenance: Proactively and on request, retouch makeup and hairstyles; ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of work tools and workspace. Stock Management: Monitor and manage stock levels of materials and accessories; ensure proper storage and usage of equipment. Training and Communication: Train employees on company standards for appearance; communicate effectively through company channels to track and report on makeup and hairstyling activities. Employee Experience: Create a pleasant experience for employees by maintaining a friendly attitude and using appropriate language during interactions. Responsiveness: Respond promptly to requests and issues communicated through company channels during working hours. __ Candidate Requirements: Expertise: 1+ years of professional hands-on experience in makeup application or hairstyling. Education: Minimum High School Diploma Professional certificate: Must hold a diploma or professional certification in makeup or hairstyling. Language Skills: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English. Technical Skills: PC literate with the ability to manage scheduling and communication effectively. Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work across various shifts in a 24/7 work environment. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage diverse personalities and cultures. Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional presentation, communication and self-discipline skills to maintain a high standard of appearance and interact positively with employees and address any issues efficiently. __ Nice to Have: Experience with Makeup and Hairdressing for Broadcast: Familiarity with makeup and hairstyling techniques specifically for on-camera or broadcast settings. Knowledge of Skincare Products: Understanding of skincare products and techniques that can enhance the overall appearance and comfort of individuals during their shifts.
