Job description Customer #Service Job Description Missions #Management of complex requests from our customers as part of end-to-end file processing (from opening the file to closing). • Mastery of the various activities related to file management allowing a 360-degree understanding of the automotive environment. Management of all tasks (Front and Back Office) related to a file. • In-depth knowledge of remote customer relationship techniques and procedures allowing optimal satisfaction even in the context of conflicting calls. • Interactions with different customers (beneficiaries, service providers and business partners) through telephone exchanges (incoming and outgoing calls), via email or through requests received on management #tools. Ability to help new employees or those expressing a need, acting as a quality ambassador to the team.
