We are now seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service #Representative to join our team and contribute to the advancement of cutting-edge communications solutions for the defense sector. The position will work closely with regional sales teams / account management and is expected to drive technical engagements with defense customers and partners, present and demonstrate our product capabilities both remotely and onsite, conduct comprehensive training and proof-of-concept (PoC) developments. This role requires a deep understanding of communications solutions in military / defense segment, hands-on expertise in telecommunications and secure networks, and the ability to bridge the gap between advanced technology and mission-critical defense #applications. __ Lead and execute pre-sales activities, #technical demonstrations, and customer training __ Conduct proof-of-concept developments and field trials showcasing Nokia's advanced #communications solutions __ Engage with defense organizations to understand mission requirements and tailor Nokia's offerings to meet #operational needs __ Collaborate with sales, product management, and R&D teams to ensure seamless integration of #Nokia's solutions into defense environments __ Gather and understand customer requirements and provide feedback to product #management and R&D teams to support continuous improvement __ Develop and deliver compelling technical presentations and solution roadmaps tailored to the defense sector __ Ensure compliance with defense industry security protocols and regulatory requirements __ Act as a trusted advisor to defense customers, translating technical capabilities into real-world mission-critical advantages
