Lead cross-functional #project management initiatives for the Optics and IP #portfolio, ensuring alignment with business #objectives. --–---------- Develop and execute strategies in collaboration with pre-sales teams, creating compelling proposals and bid offers that meet customer needs. Oversee post-sales delivery, serving as the primary escalation point for customer governance and support across hardware, services and post-delivery support. Manage the contract execution and financial performance of the portfolio, including P&L accountability, KPI tracking, and proactive cost and timeline management. Foster strong customer relationships, acting as the main contact for planning, execution, and prioritization throughout the delivery lifecycle. Implement and manage effective risk management and change management processes to mitigate project challenges. Coordinate with customer stakeholders to ensure program scope is effectively managed and aligned with governance standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction, adhering to PMI principles and Nokia’s operational guidelines. Attend customer premises in greater Sydney when required.
