The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of the Indonesian #media landscape, broad experience across consumer, policy, B2B, and product communications, and a proven track record in managing content-driven initiatives. They should excel in strategic thinking, creativity, writing skill, and thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Communications Manager, Indonesia Responsibilities Plan and execute communications, including developing communication priorities, identifying appropriate metrics and measuring success for the country initiatives Provide strategic communication counsel and rapid response to complex crises and issues Identify proactive opportunities to communicate key country priorities, and work closely with cross-functional teams to bring them to life Develop and implement content-first and social strategies across Meta’s social and content channels, partnering with creators to maximize impact Proactively engage and inform press, bloggers, and creators about Meta’s products and initiatives Oversee agency partnerships to drive effective and successful results
