Ensure high standards of UI quality and adherence to industry #standards, security processes, and privacy requirements __ Build strong partnerships with UX designers, product managers, and engineering teams. Work together to align engineering efforts with business objectives and product requirements __ Define and execute a strategic roadmap for engineering activities, balancing technical vision with business goals. Provide thought leadership on evolving #digital procurement tools and support design evolution __ Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, particularly senior leadership, to keep them informed about project status, risks, and opportunities. Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences __ Ensure exceptional UI quality, utilizing in-house component libraries. Oversee UI #development and testing strategies, frameworks, and methodologies __ Recruit, hire, and develop a diverse, high-performing engineering team.
