Define and lead quality strategy, from vision, mission, #strategical pillars, tactical activities with relevant KPIs & Metrics for a measurable impact. __ Quality representation in forums & governance Lead/conduct E2E quality deep dives and improvement initiatives spanning across organizations, vendors, and teams . __ ISO 9001 and TL9000 Compliance: Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, TL9000 standards, coordinate certification processes, and keep abreast of changes in industry requirements. __ #Customer-Centric Quality: Owns and drives improvements for NPS – Voice of the customer, as well as, representing Managed Services in cross BG/cross domain/multi-vendor forums. __ #Data-Driven Quality: Leverage analytics, proactive monitoring, and customer feedback loops to continuously enhance e2e performance through challenging all teams with very focused dashboards and KPIs __ Cross-Functional #Leadership: Align various services and product delivery teams around a common quality framework, #KPIs, and improvement programs by driving an e2e Continuous Improvement Forum addressing cross-functional systemic repeatable issues __ Quality Evolution: Sustain QMS (Quality Management System), modernize and evolve it to meet the growing needs.
