We are looking for an #Electrical #Mobile #Maintenance #Technician to join our Building Services, you will be responding for travelling around to different sites across #Edinburgh conducting electrical services, PPM's and reactive maintenance. __ This will include carrying out electrical Services, extra works and emergency procedures and to ensure all Statutory & mandatory compliance maintenance and records/certificates are always kept up to date in line with the contractual requirements and filed as #Skanska #Management System. All handle all maintenance tasks to take into account, access, building users and ensure all H&S and contractual paperwork is approved and in place prior to work commencing. __ Be responsible for emergency lighting testing & inspection and repairs, Electrical Switchgear and #Distribution Board inspections, Minor electrical works/projects and repairs to electrical/mechanical plant
