Developing grid integration #technologies for grid-forming and grid-following inverters and converters. ‎__ ‎Work under a supervisor with a team of experts to develop a set of power system and control component models for power system E#MT simulation. ‎__ ‎Implementing different grid-forming control strategies, such as droop or VSG, improving them, and implementing ‎__ ‎different protection strategies for IBRs, such as anti-islanding protection. ‎__ ‎Developing protection and control #algorithms in C/#C++ and #Python, and converting the developed algorithms in C/C++ and Python to DLL or .EXE files. ‎__ ‎Simulating microgrid in EMTP, PLECS, and/or #Simulink. ‎__ ‎Generating C/C++ code of the simulated model and optimizing it for real-time #simulation. ‎__ ‎Deploying different #communication protocols, such as SV, GOOSE, MBUS, and IOT protocols. ‎__ ‎Working with the #PLC controller to host the developed #algorithm.
