In addition, the willingness to start or strengthen your role as a future proof finance sparring partner will be strongly supported (e.g. Analytics Tools, visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI). __ Build trusted relationships with marketing teams and #support them in all financial matters __ Act as a sparring partner on budgets, forecasts, and spending decisions __ Challenge assumptions, support decision-making, and drive cost-consciousness __ Deliver ad-hoc #analysis and business insights to support high-impact projects __ Own the month-end closing and reporting process for global marketing spends __ Translate numbers into actionable insights, helping #stakeholders understand the story behind the data __ Ensure all financial processes run smoothly and in line with financial standards __ Prepare high-quality reports and planning templates for management and business partners __ Deep dive into our systems and data landscape, ensuring consistency and accuracy __ Monitor system use, data flows, mappings and global hierarchies __ Support countries with training, integration and interface handling __ Drive continuous improvements, testing, and process optimization __ Help shape and implement our global Controlling Guidelines __ Ensure local #compliance and support regional teams with know-how and training __ Contribute to our internal Controlling Academy and become a go-to expert in your area
