overview of this role Join GitLab's dynamic Regional Marketing team where you'll craft integrated campaigns that showcase GitLab’s value through in-person and digital experiences. We're seeking an experienced, creative marketing professional to develop and execute field marketing strategies across the ANZ region. In this role, you'll work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive pipeline growth for our Sales teams. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on GitLab's market presence while working with a collaborative, cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment. __ What You’ll Do Take full ownership of your ANZ regional marketing initiatives, creating detailed and strategic program plans Continually #experiment, #test and #iterate programs to define best practice and evolve program as the business grows Analyze and report on the impact and performance of regional marketing to a range of audiences, from local leadership to the executive level and tailor the insights accordingly __ Achieve high and consistent ROI from Marketing programs in ANZ, through operational rigor, measurement, and budget and financial management Be a leader in working cross-functionally to drive the execution of demand generation and field marketing plans, aligning with other areas of marketing Work in collaboration with external agencies and 3rd parties to prepare, manage and execute campaigns. Be a leader in building and driving process within the Field Marketing organization.
