Develop and test AI models or tools (e.g., chatbots, sentiment analysis, predictive analytics) to improve customer interactions. __ Assist in the deployment and monitoring of AI solutions in real-world customer service environments. Analyze customer data to uncover trends, pain points, and automation opportunities. Document findings, prototypes, and recommendations for future AI initiatives. Stay current with AI trends, tools, and best practices relevant to customer service.
