We are looking for an experienced and independent #IT #analyst to join our 20-plus member agile team who can fearlessly navigate the IT jungle and speaks the language of the #digital tribe. An ordinary day includes collaborating with Product Owners, #Architects, #Developers, Testers, and OPS teams, writing specifications in Confluence, managing requests in JIRA, monitoring incidents, and supporting production. This position is tailor-made for you if you have experience with Camunda, JIRA, Confluence, SOAP/REST, XML, JSON, Kibana, and #databases (SQL/NoSQL). __ Write IT specification sheets for developers __ Work with #agile methodologies (stand-up, backlog refinement, kanban, scrum, retrospective, sprint planning) __ Use JIRA for processes such as change #management, incident management, and effort tracking __ Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Testers, Developers, and OPS teams __ Handle #production incidents and monitoring (e.g., ZABBIX) __ Document processes and specifications in Confluence __ Support analytical processes for credit/mortgage or #corporate client (B2B) systems __ Dig into #code, databases, and logs for troubleshooting __ Train and collaborate with colleagues, ensuring clear communication of #technical requirements __ Contribute to improving workflows and processes within the IT department
