Yandex is seeking a Growth Manager to drive #business growth across several Central Asian markets. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, launching cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring consistent execution between local teams and HQ. You will operate at the intersection of analytics, marketing, product, and operations — transforming insights into business impact. Tasks that await you Driving measurable business growth You will own and monitor key performance metrics (GMV, orders, retention), identify growth levers, design experiments, and track their impact end-to-end. You will regularly present performance insights and growth recommendations to HQ. Launching and coordinating cross-functional projects You will lead #projects involving logistics, marketing, product, and finance — from idea validation to full rollout. You’ll work daily with local teams, remove bottlenecks, and ensure initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes. Building a scalable growth framework for Central Asian markets You will help structure best practices, unify dashboards and KPIs, and introduce data-driven decision-making across markets to move from reactive local growth to a systematic regional playbook.
