Lead the global HW teams as well as have China site #leadership responsibilities __ Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities to support global HW teams and liaise with global and local leadership teams, ensuring strong associates’ engagement across all R&D disciples onsite __ Partner with global leadership as well as China leadership organizations to support both global and local needs. __ Develop #business objectives and strategies which are linked to Beckman Coulter Life #Sciences goals. Provide leadership and direction to ensure effective execution of these strategies. __ Grow global and geographically distributed talent to best-in-class in product design and development taking a methodical #design approach and utilizing various simulation and analysis tools including FEA, CFD, etc. __ Identify skillsets needed to continue to set the organization up to be on the forefront of innovation and adoption of new #technology trends __ Build a strong technical leadership team in the #Mechanical, #Electrical, Optical, Fluidics and #Firmware engineering areas and strengthen the existing talent
