Construct trading strategies, take positions and manage exposures from both traded #strategies and across the asset portfolio based on analysis of fundamental, weather and technical #market conditions across multiple markets  __ Ability to spot distortions between geographies, tenors, and generation type. __ Understand and communicate risks being taken __ Supporting the development of the desk’s capabilities, portfolio and fundamental model __ Working with external (and internal) customers alongside business development to bring in new #structures to the book, or deal types to help optimise existing exposures. __ Staying on top of the latest regulatory and #market developments __ Observe and strictly comply with all regulatory guidelines, and within mandated authorities. __ Coach & educate junior colleagues.
