Troubleshoot, install, and repair all aspects of Automatic, #Robotic, and #CNC machinery. Troubleshoot and repair Automated Paint Lines, Setting Presses, Automated Welders, CNC Grinders, Robots, and other complex machinery. Duties may include: supporting all aspects of equipment and machinery; including PLC programming and program modifications, programming of HMI’s and servo controllers. Jog, and reset Fanuc and Denso Robots. Teach / Touch up Robot positions to correct material handling paths. Plan and install primary and secondary controls, diagnose electrical/electronic problems, replace or repair parts, detect and replace defective control modules, test units for proper function, and make final adjustments. Prepare wiring diagram to record changes. Make mechanical repairs as necessary. Some work and repairs require mechanical repairs, and all techs do this no matter of pay grade. Support the daily continuous improvement activities. Enter all work completed / in progress into SAP work order system. Any Other duties as deemed necessary to support production.
