We’re seeking an accomplished #Partnerships #Director to join our #China team, based in either our Shenzhen or Shanghai office. In this strategic role, you will report directly to the Head of Partnerships for Greater China and collaborate closely with the Strategic Partnerships team at our New York headquarters. __ This role will focus on revenue growth, expansion of product and service portfolio, and building strong partnerships with banks and lending companies. The Director will own the commercial performance of lending partnerships, drive adoption of financing #products, and ensure smooth #technical integration with #Payoneer’s platform. __ Identify and onboard financing products from external financial institutions, ensuring regulatory #compliance and alignment with #customer needs. __ Establish and manage strategic relationships with #banks and lending companies. #Lead negotiations on commercial terms, product integration, and revenue-sharing models. __ Own the business case and financial performance of lending partnerships. #Design and negotiate revenue-sharing structures that ensure sustainable profitability for the #company. __ Empower BD and account #management teams across Greater China to understand and promote partner lending products. Develop training and incentive programs to drive adoption. __ Develop strategies to increase customer usage of financing #products, enhancing platform stickiness and improving retention metrics. __ Collaborate closely with internal product and engineering teams to ensure smooth API-level #integration with partners. Understand basic product architecture and technical workflows to facilitate successful launches.
