- Establish and maintain enduring relationships with creators, including celebrities, influencers, and content creators within the livestream ecosystem. - Stay abreast of in-app trends, identify content potential, and scout emerging talent in the Romanian-speaking community. - Conduct educational workshops or webninars to manage creator content, enhance livestream sessions, and promote best practices. - Provide dedicated account support to creators, assisting them in refining content quality, performance, and reputation. - Collaborate cross-functionally to promote campaigns, creator profiles, and produce featured content. - Gather insights and analyze relevant data to evaluate and improve creator performance. - Develop and implement policies and guidelines for creator management and partnerships, monitoring and providing constructive feedback for LIVE features. __ Qualifications __ Minimum Qualifications - Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent/influencer management, with a preference for those with experience in #media, #TV, and #celebrity management. - Fluency in Romanian and English is mandatory to effectively manage Romanian creators. - Understanding and previous experience working within the livestream ecosystem and applications. - Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field. - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and a commitment to teamwork. - Professional, patient, and skillful communication skills. - Results-oriented with good data analysis skills and the capacity to work under pressure.
