Assist with the development and implementation of the #Bank’s and Group’s partnerships and corporate events strategies. __ Monitor developments in the sponsorship of corporate events by carrying out environmental scans. __ Provide #analysis of #sponsorship and events information to aid management decision-making. __ Develop engagement strategy, creative approach, implementation plan, and execution of corporate events. __ Conceptualise, #design, and create high-profile events that portray the Bank positively to #media, officials, and #stakeholders. __ Coordinate staffing requirements, briefings, and collaboration with Retail Marketing Teams and Media colleagues. __ Provide strategic guidance, consultation, budget, and creative direction for new corporate events. __ Produce detailed event proposals including timelines, venues, vendors, staffing, and #budgets. __ Negotiate sponsorship/event costs using comparative #vendor quotes. __ Monitor brand visibility at events and benchmark against competitors. __ Work with other departments to ensure standard delivery of events. __ Identify sponsorship platforms that generate revenue leads for the Bank. __ Develop methods for evaluating and measuring event success. __ Coordinate venue management and supervise outsourced event elements. __ Perform post-event evaluation, data analysis, and reporting. __ Manage communications and promotional materials for Bank-owned and special events. __ Maintain information security in line with Bank policies.
