To provide business partnering advisory support to business #stakeholders within the allocated portfolio/s of responsibility in Business Banking SA, giving P&C guidance in support of the overall people experience and business objectives in an ever-changing environment __ Work independently and provide end-to-end People and Culture value chain business partner support for the Business Banking SA Coverage Head office business unit portfolios. __ Apply specialist knowledge and judgement to resolve complex challenges. __ Provide business partnering #advisory support to business stakeholders within allocated portfolios, giving P&C guidance in support of the overall people experience and business objectives. __ Support alignment of Business Unit strategy to broader Business Line and P&C strategy. __ Monitor staff movements, headcount, overtime, and training spend; highlight areas of concern. __ Collaborate with #finance and #operations teams regarding workforce planning and budget compliance. __ Conduct detailed trend analysis on people metrics to identify emerging risks and propose mitigation plans. __ Engage in organisational design and change management initiatives. __ Use data and predictive analytics to create insights that optimize solutions and inform decision-making.
