KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Operations #Management: Schedule and manage daily repair depot activities. #Supervise the layout and setup of repair stations to achieve maximum #productivity and efficiency. Manage contract repair and exchange activities to achieve performance to contracted terms. Oversee and manage exchange and spare parts inventory, including forecasting, ordering, replenishing, and expediting to meet requirements. Manage the administration of repair operations, including successful applications of contract, warranty, and billable repairs. Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records on repair activity, missed SLAs, bounce rates, and cost per repair. Provide periodic status and trends reports for key areas to senior management. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external repair vendors and outsourced service providers, ensuring compliance with SLAs.
