Your role: During the #implementation phase of our projects, you will respond to the most difficult instrument problems, provide onsite installation #support within the SWE region (Southwest Europe) and #service reps on corrective and preventative measures on Automation solution. You will deliver standardized Service Trainings for APTIO Automation Systems in English language for international customer service engineers or any other appropriate target groups. You will act as a Technical Project Manager coordinating Automation installation activity in SWE. You will support activities to prevent problems (knowledge sharing, proactive management of mandatory retrofits / implementation modifications, hosting Best Practice & Technical Exchange & Focus meetings, etc.)
