The TikTok User Growth team is central to the strategic acquisition, engagement, and expansion of TikTok's#TikTok global user base, numbering in the billions. Our mandate encompasses driving significant user inflow through both paid and organic channels worldwide, meticulously optimizing new user conversion pathways to maximize retention, streamlining user outreach mechanisms to foster greater activity, and strategically utilizing independent platforms (e.g., TikTok Lite, TikTok Pro, Web) to capture distinct user segments. These comprehensive approaches are designed to achieve accelerated growth in TikTok's overall DAU. Typical Growth projects including AI-Generated Content (AIGC), creative generating, Search Engine Optimizing of Organic acquisition, Intelligent Ads delivery, etc. You will: - Develop comprehensive product metrics and quantitative measurement structure based on product stages and business purposes#ProductMetrics. - Prototype analysis pipelines to provide insights, and provide quick responses to business inquiries and events. - Conduct routine and non-routine end-to-end analyses with large, complex data sets, and make recommendations on appropriate solutions#DataAnalysis. - Cooperate with PM / Ops team / R&D, promote the implementation of optimization scheme, and bring about the actual improvement and growth of the business#BusinessGrowth. - Support growth initiatives through AI-driven projects and Search Engine Optimization#SEO.
