Your Impact In this role, you will blend consulting skills with McKinsey's digital solutions and industry knowledge to serve clients on Research and Development (R&D) projects. You will work in an intellectually challenging environment, developing strong problem-solving and leadership skills. Your primary responsibilities may include: Assessing R&D, product development efficiency of client and drive R&D productivity enhancement Enhancing product design effectiveness and quality attributes Co-developing digital, generative AI, AI use cases to help client drive overall R&D competitiveness __ Collaborating with strategy and sales team to optimize product portfolio and technology roadmap Elevating clients’ overall R&D performance jointly with cross-functional team in IoT hub through Digital Transformation Programs Collaborating with McKinsey’s global network and functional practices to develop cutting-edge knowledge in R&D Leading various initiatives to build proprietary knowledge on R&D topics You will work closely with clients, often on-site, to tackle complex challenges.
