We are seeking a seasoned #Human #Resources #Business #Partner III who will provide a full range of #HR functions to support the day-to-day #operations for the HR team supporting business services. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 10 years of experience as an HR generalist in a corporate setting with full cycle substantive HR experience in all functional HR areas, in particular employee relations, talent development, recruiting, training & Development, compensation & benefits. This position will drive both tactical and strategic HR initiatives and support the HR Team Leader in the delivery of business results and drive best practices. This role is based in our corporate office in the Buckhead area of #Atlanta, GA. This is not a remote position. __ What You’ll Be Doing Essential Functions (include but are not limited to): __ Serve as a close business partner to the team leader of Human Resources by implementing strategic initiatives through the understanding of business strategies and long-term goals. __ Develop, implement, and deploy training initiatives for #LG Chem in the America’s. __ Drive employee relations activities for US sites including scenario training development and proactive issue resolution. __ Create and implement talent development programs. This includes creating training in areas such as mentoring programs, train-the-trainer, career counseling, foundational leadership training, etc. __ Lead and resolve employee relations issues by leading and conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations involving workplace misconduct and employee concerns, ensuring timely and appropriate resolution. __ Create employee engagement plans, receive necessary budget approval, and initiate activities. __ Lead system integration with support from the Process Innovations (IT) team for HR system updates and upgrades. Systems include SuccessFactors (HRIS), ADP. Lead compensation initiatives including benefits assessment for cost competitiveness. __ Maintains #compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain #compliance. #HR #Projects may be assigned or delegated from LG Chem Headquarters. __ Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
