To provide subject matter expertise and guidance to assess the impact of new and emerging #bank resolution regulations on Banking entities in SBO, including the identification and delivery of appropriate initiatives to fulfil the overall compliance objectives and mandate of the Function with specific focus on #Resolution Planning. __ Ensure that the #business response to high impact regulation is comprehensive and all high priority initiatives are identified, ownership confirmed and delivery followed through. __ Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and documentation supporting the various facets of Resolution #risk #management, and provide support for governance reporting and regulatory examinations. __ Holistic testing of Resolvability capabilities: Lead the #design, execution and assessment of program-level capabilities testing to ensure processes are operating effectively and meet regulatory guidance and expectations. This covers simulations, dry-runs, and #maintenance of playbooks among other relevant exercises.
