This role combines technical expertise, regulatory knowledge, and commercial acumen to deliver innovative, economically viable solutions while supporting sales and customer engagement. __ Independently record customer requirements, organize opportunities, and coordinate internal departments and external #partners during the concept phase. __ Analyze and evaluate #technical, regulatory, and operational customer requirements to develop customized AI solutions and present them to customers. __ Participate in tenders, calculate solutions considering TCO/ROI, and develop transparent and economically viable offers with internal stakeholders. __ Complete #certification processes with partners and vendors to maintain up-to-date AI and cloud knowledge. __ Support #sales in workshops, customer meetings, and presentations, contributing expertise to offer and tender phases. __ Integrate manufacturers, partners, and internal delivery units into solution concepts with in-depth #ICT #technology insights. __ Present complex solutions clearly and convincingly to technical teams, specialist departments, and C-level management. __ Contribute new ideas, product demos, and advice on #digitalization topics.
